Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited and consists of:

Abusive language: is offensive, threatening, insulting or abusive language.
B.
Annoyance: is annoying, disturbing, obstructing, or being offensive.
C.
Disturbing the peace: is shouting, singing or making noise to the annoyance or disturbance of any considerable number of people.
D.
Harassing pedestrians: is making insulting remarks to or about passing pedestrians or annoying pedestrians in a public place.
E.
Illegal assembly: is refusing a lawful order by police to disperse.
F.
Panhandling: is publicly soliciting alms.
G.
Public intoxication: is attracting attention in any public place due to intoxication.
