The metes and bounds of the City of Bel-Nor shall be as follows,
to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the prolongation northeastwardly
of the northwestern line of Country Club Addition No. 2 of Normandy
Park as shown of record in Plat Book 18, Pages 48 and 49, St. Louis
County Recorder's Office, with the center line of Natural Bridge
Road (60 feet west); thence southeastwardly, eastwardly and northeastwardly
along the center line of said Natural Bridge Road to the prolongation
northwardly of the eastern line of Country Club Addition of Normandy
Park as shown of record in Plat Book 16, Page 28, St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along said prolongation
northwardly, and along said eastern line of Country Club Addition
of Normandy Park to the center line of Emelie Avenue (40 feet west);
thence westwardly along said center line of Emelie Avenue and the
center line of Emelie Avenue vacated, to the center line of Bellerive
Drive (60 feet west); thence southwardly and southwestwardly along
said center line of Bellerive Drive to the center line of Hager Avenue
(40 feet west); thence westwardly along a straight line to the southeastern
corner of Lot 1, Block 9, said Country Club Addition No. 2 of Normandy
Park; thence westwardly along the southern line of said Lot 1 and
along the southern line of said Country Club Addition No. 2 of Normandy
Park to the southwestern corner of said Block 9; thence northeastwardly
along the northwestern line of said Block 9, said northwestern line
of Block 9 being also a northwestern boundary of said Country Club
Addition No. 2 of Normandy Park, to the southeastern corner of Lot
X, a reserved tract in said Country Club Addition No. 2 of Normandy
Park; thence northwestwardly and northwardly along said southwestern
and western lines of said Country Club Addition No. 2 of Normandy
Park to said northwestern line of said Country Club Addition No. 2
of Normandy Park; thence northeastwardly along said northwestern line
of Country Club Addition No. 2 of Normandy Park and the prolongation
thereof to the point of beginning.
