From and after the effective date of this ordinance, the following description and attached map representing such description, are hereby adopted as the Lincoln Planning Area:
All of Sections 19, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 of Twp 15 N, Range 32 West; all of Sections 24, 25 and 36 of Twp 15 N, Range 33 West; the South 1/2 of Section 20 and 21 of Twp 15 N, Range 32 West; and North 1/2 of the West 14 of South 20, Twp 15 N, Range 32 West; the South 1/4 of South 18, Twp 15 N, Range 32 West and of South 13, Twp 15 N, Range 33 West; the Southeast 1/4 Southeast 1/4 of South 23, Twp 15 N, Range 33 West; the East 1/4 of Section 26 and 35 of Twp 15 N, Range 33 West; the North 1/4 of South 1, Twp 14 N, Range 33 West; the North 1/4 of South 6, Twp 14 N, Range 32 West; the Northwest 1/4 Northwest 1/4 of South 5, Twp 14 N, Range 32 West; the Northeast 1/4 of South 33, Twp 15 N, Range 32 west; the West 1/2 of the north 1/4 of South 34, Twp 15 N, Range 32 West; the West 1/2 of South 27, Twp 15 N, Range 32 West; and the Southwest 1/4 of south 22, Twp 15 N, Range 32 West; all in Washington County, Arkansas.

To the extent that the Lincoln Planning Area and the Planning Area of Prairie Grove may extend beyond the equidistant points between the respective territorial jurisdictional limits, and provided the adopted planning areas do not overlap, the territorial jurisdiction line as represented by the Planning Area Boundary line beyond the equidistant points, is agreed to.

The agreed-upon territorial jurisdiction line, as represented by the Planning Area Boundary shall be effective until such time as annexations occur in areas between the respective cities. After such annexation, either affected City may initiate consideration of a new boundary. If agreement cannot be reached, the territorial jurisdiction line shall revert to the equidistant line.
