It shall be unlawful for any person to use, ride, propel, or otherwise operate or engage in skateboarding or rollerblading at any time on any property owned by the Borough of Red Lion or property owned by the Red Lion Municipal Authority.

A skateboard is defined as a device propelled by the rider consisting of material or portion of material approximately two feet long with wheels attached to the underside which is commonly ridden on and propelled by an individual in a standing or crouching position.
3.
A rollerblade is defined as a device which is attached to an individual's feet which has wheels attached in a column along the underside which are propelled by the individual and which are intended primarily for skating on concrete, macadam, or hard floors.
