There shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent
of the Council, the following advisory committees. The objects, goals,
duties and functions of each such committee shall be as set forth
by resolution of the Council or by such directive of the Mayor as
is not inconsistent with any Council resolution concerning an advisory
committee. Each member of each advisory committee listed herein shall
serve for a term of one year. The standing advisory committees of
the Township, and the number of members serving on each such committee
are as follows:
A.
Recreation Committee: 13 citizen members.
B.
Celebrations and Events Committee: seven citizen members.
C.
Municipal Alliance Committee: 11 citizen members, including one member
of the Council.
D.
Denville Community TV: nine citizen members.
E.
Economic Development and Downtown Business Committee: seven citizen
members, including one member of the Council.
F.
Shade Tree Committee: three citizen members.
G.
Beautification Committee: five citizen members.
