It shall be unlawful to dump, deposit or store organic or inorganic
waste or refuse of any kind on any lot or tract of land in Dallastown
Borough, York County, Pennsylvania.
This article shall in no way be construed to prohibit the storing
of organic or inorganic waste and refuse in suitable covered containers,
awaiting collection, for a reasonable period of time.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than
$600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default of payment of such
fine and costs by imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Each day's
violation of any of the provisions of this article shall constitute
a separate offense.
