1.
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall occupy any residential,
commercial or industrial premises without first obtaining a moving
permit from the Borough Secretary.
2.
No person or persons, firm or corporation shall move, or caused to
be moved, any household goods in bulk; wholesale or retail merchandise,
stock, or tools and equipment for the conduct of any business, to
or from any place within the Borough of Dublin without first obtaining
a moving permit from the Borough Secretary.
3.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation desiring a moving permit
shall make application to the Borough Secretary on forms hereinafter
provided and shall furnish all information requested thereon; pay
the required fee.
4.
The permit issued by the Borough Secretary shall be surrendered to
the owner or landlord of the leased property. If the property to be
occupied is owned by the applicant, the permit shall be retained by
the applicant.

All persons, firms or corporations owning property in the Borough
of Dublin which is leased or rented for residential use, such as houses,
apartments, furnished or unfurnished rooms; or commercial or industrial
uses, are prohibited from renting or leasing any premises to any person,
firm or corporation who does not produce a moving permit obtained
from the Borough Secretary.
2.
Such property owners shall maintain a current file of permits for
all leased premises at all times, which file shall be available for
inspection by the Borough Secretary or other person designated by
Borough Council, upon twenty-four-hour notice.
3.
Upon the expiration of any lease or whenever the premises are vacated,
the owners of the property shall forward the inactive permit to the
Borough Secretary.

The fee for a moving permit shall be in an amount as provided,
from time to time, by resolution of Borough Council.

All persons or corporations leasing or renting living accommodations,
such as apartments, dwellings, furnished or unfurnished rooms, hotel
space or similar facilities within the limits of the Borough of Dublin
shall report to the Borough Secretary the names and addresses of the
tenant or lessee whenever such tenant occupies said facilities for
a term of one month or more. Said report shall be filed within 10
days after the 30th day of occupancy of the facilities.

Said person or corporation shall also report to the Borough Secretary
the termination of any lease or rental agreement for facilities as
above described. Said report shall be made within three days of the
receipt of actual or constructive notice of the termination of the
tenancy.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall fail to comply with §§ 11-101 or 11-102 of this Part or who shall supply false or misleading information to obtain a permit or violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute a separate offense.
