For the purpose of supervising and maintaining any park that
may hereafter be acquired or established by the Township of East Pennsboro,
a seven member Recreation Advisory Board is hereby established as
provided by law, and the said Board shall possess all the authority
vested in Township recreation advisory boards by law. The first members
of the Recreation Advisory Board shall be appointed as soon as practical
after the adoption of this Part 4G and in such manner that the terms
of not more than two members shall expire annually thereafter. Effective
with the enactment of this Part 4G, the terms of office of all members
subsequently appointed to the Recreation Advisory Board shall be for
a term of three years.
