An enforcement officer shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners
to render the necessary inspections as required by the Sewage Facilities
Act, 35 P.S. § 750.1 et seq.

The Sewage Enforcement Officer for the Township shall perform
all his evaluations and percolation tests required for the issuance
of an appropriate permit. However, each applicant will dig his own
holes, under the direction and supervision of the Township Sewage
Enforcement Officer, and will provide water at such site at the applicant's
own expense.

1. The fee for each application for an appropriate permit for each dwelling
unit shall be in amounts as established from, time to time, by resolution
of the Board of Commissioners.
2. Said fee shall be paid in full when the application is made for the
appropriate permit. In the event the applicant does not satisfactorily
complete all of the phases of the above enumerated services, the applicant
will be refunded the actual sum for those services which are not actually
performed. However, there will be no refund for the application fee.
