The City Hall shall be closed for City business on all National,
State and local election days.

A.
There
shall be attached to each and every returned check a fine or penalty
of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) to defray costs incurred as a result
of said returned check.
B.
The
charge of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) shall be assessed in the discretion
of the City Clerk as directed by the Board of Aldermen.
C.
All
funds received as hereinabove outlined shall be used to help defray
the operational costs associated with the processing of said returned
checks.
