The Blairstown Dog Park rules and regulations are as follows:
A.
Individuals shall use the dog park at their own risk.
B.
Dog owners are solely responsible and liable for the actions and behavior of their dogs at all times.
C.
Owners (18 and older) must be with their dogs at all times, maximum of three dogs per person.
D.
Young children must be closely supervised. It is recommended that children under the age of eight should not enter the park.
F.
All dogs must have a current membership tag, license, and rabies and other vaccines as required by law.
G.
Gates must remain closed at all times other than during entry and exit.
H.
Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park.
I.
Dog owners are required to pick up after their dogs and dispose of bagged waste immediately.
J.
Dogs must be well behaved. Do not let your dogs mount other dogs or bark excessively.
K.
Dangerous or aggressive dogs are prohibited. Dogs must be removed from the park upon the first sign of aggression.
L.
All dogs must respond to their owner's voice or visual commands.
M.
Puppies under four months or female dogs in heat are not permitted in the park.
N.
No human food or dog treats are allowed in the park.
O.
No smoking allowed. No glass receptacles or alcohol are permitted in park.
P.
Owners must fill all holes dug by their dogs.
Q.
All areas outside the park must remain clean and clear of dog waste and litter.
R.
Owners should provide their own water and water bowls.
