A. 
Maximum speed limits are established on portions of specified streets, as follows, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on any part of a street where a maximum speed limit applies, at a higher speed than the maximum prescribed for that part of the street:

B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35 and costs. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five miles per hour shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five miles per hour over that maximum speed limit.
A. 
At the following intersections, official traffic signals shall be erected, and traffic at those intersections shall be directed by those signals:

Any driver of a vehicle who disobeys the directions of any such traffic signal shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
A. 
The following intersections are established as intersections where drivers of vehicles headed in the direction or directions indicated are prohibited from making a right turn on a steady red signal:

B. 
Any driver of a vehicle who makes a turn on a steady red signal in violation of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle, traveling upon the first-named street at any of the following intersections, in the direction or directions indicated in each case, to make a left turn or a right turn at that intersection, as indicated for that intersection:

Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
A. 
The following are established as one-way streets, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle upon any one-way street other than in the direction established for travel upon that street.

Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
A. 
Because all streets in the Borough are too narrow to permit vehicles traveling upon any of them to pass other vehicles traveling in the same direction safely, all streets in the Borough, for their entire extent, are established as no-passing zones, and it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to overtake or pass another vehicle traveling in the same direction, or to drive on the left side of the roadway, in any no-passing zone.
B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

A. 
The following intersections are established as stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected (or are ratified if previously erected) in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the intersecting street) upon the first-named street (the stop street) in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first-named or stop street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(b) of The Vehicle Code,[1] and shall not proceed into or across the second-named or intersecting street until he has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the law.

A. 
The following intersections are established as yield-right-of-way intersections, and official yield signs shall be erected in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named street (the intersecting street) upon the first-named street (the yield street) at each yield intersection, in the direction or directions indicated for that intersection. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection upon the first-named street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall slow down or stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(c) of The Vehicle Code, and then yield the right-of-way as required by that subsection of The Vehicle Code.[1]

Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

On the following streets and portions of streets, by authority granted by Section 4902(a) of The Vehicle Code, vehicle weight limits are established, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive on any of those streets or portions of streets as the case may be, any vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum prescribed for that street or portion of street.

B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted under Section 4902(a) of The Vehicle Code and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 and costs, and an additional penalty of $75 for each 500 pounds or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight as prescribed by Section 4902(e-1) of The Vehicle Code.[1]

Nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts of streets, or from driving on any of those streets or parts of streets a truck or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or pickups from premises located along that street or part of a street.
