A.
Preamble. The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-156.1 authorize mutual
aid agreements between municipalities for the rendering of fire and/or
police assistance to one another in emergency situations, upon the
adoption of reciprocal ordinances. In accordance with the foregoing
statutory provisions, the Municipal Council of the Township of Denville
wishes to enter into a mutual aid agreement with the Town of Boonton,
the Township of Boonton, the Borough of Butler, the Borough of Kinnelon,
the Borough of Lincoln Park, the Board of Fire Commissioners of Montville
Township Fire District No. 1, the Borough of Mountain Lakes, the Township
of Pequannock, the Board of Fire Commissioners of Montville Township
Fire District No. 3, the Borough of Riverdale and the Board of Fire
Commissioners of Montville Township Fire District No. 2 for the provision
of fire protection services in the event of an emergency, disaster
or widespread conflagration.
B.
Execution of agreement. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-156.1, the Mayor
and Township Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a mutual aid agreement
with the Town of Boonton, the Township of Boonton, the Borough of
Butler, the Borough of Kinnelon, the Borough of Lincoln Park, the
Board of Fire Commissioners of Montville Township Fire District No.
1, the Borough of Mountain Lakes, the Township of Pequannock, the
Board of Fire Commissioners of Montville Township Fire District No.
3, the Borough of Riverdale and the Board of Fire Commissioners of
Montville Township Fire District No. 2 for the provision of fire protection
services in the event of an emergency, disaster or widespread conflagration,
which agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following
terms and conditions:
(1)
Each party agrees that in the event of a fire, disaster or widespread
conflagration within the municipal jurisdiction of any other party,
the appropriate services and assistance will be provided upon request
and to the extent reasonably possible without endangering persons
or property within the municipality rendering such assistance.
(2)
All mutual fire aid rendered pursuant to the mutual aid agreement
shall be provided without charge or expense to the municipality receiving
such assistance. By executing the mutual aid agreement each party
acknowledges that it shall be solely responsible for the provision
of any and all salary and other benefits for its firemen, whether
paid or volunteer, rendering assistance within the other municipality,
to the same extent as if such firemen were performing their duties
within the municipality, providing the assistance.

The mutual aid agreement shall have an initial term of one year and
shall be automatically renewed for additional and successive one-year
terms, unless and until one of the parties thereto elects to terminate
the agreement by providing prior written notice to the other parties
to the agreement.

A.
Preamble.
(1)
The Township of Randolph has agreed to provide sewer service to eight
lots in the Rustic Woods development which lots are located in the
Township of Denville.
(2)
The Township of Denville desires to enter into an agreement with
the Township of Randolph for the provision of sewer services by the
Township of Randolph to the Rustic Woods development.
(4)
The agreement provides that the Township of Denville shall convey
a sewer easement to the Township of Randolph.
B.
Execution of agreement. The Mayor and Township Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the agreement with the Township of Randolph for the provision
of sewer services by the Township of Randolph for eight lots in the
Rustic Woods development, a copy of which agreement is on file in
the Township Clerk's office.
C.
Execution of deed of easement. The Mayor and Township Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a deed of easement conveying a sewer easement
to the Township of Randolph for the provision of sewer services to
the Rustic Woods development.

Preamble. The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-156 et seq., N.J.S.A.
40:8A-1 et seq.,[1] authorize mutual aid agreements for the rendering of police
assistance outside the normal territorial jurisdiction of the municipality.
In accordance with the foregoing statutory provisions, the Municipal
Council of the Township of Denville wishes to enter into a mutual
aid agreement known as the Morris County Regional Emergency Deployment
System (MCREDS) to render supplemental law enforcement assistance
in the event of an emergency, disaster or widespread crisis.

which agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the following
terms and conditions:
