1.
The park and recreation areas of the Borough of Liberty including,
but not limited to, Liberty Park, Latrobe Street Park, Reuel Wunderley
Memorial Field, and Howard Fry Memorial Field, shall be open between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and
12:00 noon and 9:30 p.m., on Sundays, during the months of April through
September, and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday
through Saturday, and 12:00 noon and 7:00 p.m., on Sundays, during
the months of October through March, and shall be closed during all
other times, except with special permission of the Council of the
Borough of Liberty.

No person shall be permitted in the park and recreation areas of
the Borough of Liberty during the time when such areas are closed
as specified above.

1.
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, ride or use a motorcycle,
motorbike, or mini-bike, or any motorized vehicle or automobile within
the limits of Liberty Borough park property.
2.
Specifically excepted from the operation of this section are those
areas in Liberty Borough parks designated as parking spaces, wherein
such vehicles may be parked without considering such action to be
a violation of this section.

From and after the effective date of this section, animals of any
and all kinds shall be prohibited in all Borough parks and recreation
areas at any time.
2.
Any person having possession, custody, or control of any animals
who shall knowingly or negligently permit such animals to be in or
found in any Borough park or recreation areas shall be in violation
of this section.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement
of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
