Pursuant to §§ 7.30(1)(a) and 7.32, Wis. Stats., the City of Muskego is authorized to adopt the following provisions:
A. 
At each polling location, there shall be a minimum number of election inspectors per state statute.
B. 
Additional officials utilized at a polling location will be at the discretion of the Clerk-Treasurer.
C. 
The Clerk-Treasurer may also have the authority to hire two or more sets of officials to work at different times on election day and establish different working hours for different officials assigned to the same polling place.
D. 
Any election inspector may serve in any capacity, including alternates, at the discretion of the Clerk-Treasurer in accordance with the Wisconsin Statutes.
The polls in the City shall open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.[1]

Whenever three or more candidates file nomination papers for a City office, a primary election to nominate candidates for the office shall be held.
