The Solicitor's hourly rate for the collection of liens
shall be the same as for the Solicitor's other services billed
to Dublin Borough at the time of the filing of the lien.

An aggrieved person may avail himself of the remedy provided
in Act 1 of 1996 amending the Municipal Clams Tax Liens Law, 53 P.S.
§ 7101 et seq., to adjudicate the reasonableness of attorney
fees imposed in the collection of delinquent Municipal claims.
