The Borough Council of Dublin Borough recognizes the need for
real estate tax certifications and duplicate tax records in the processing
of real estate transactions, and that there is an expense associated
with providing these services.

It is hereby ordained and enacted by the Borough Council of
the Dublin Borough, County of Bucks, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
that effective with the date of this Part, that the Borough Council
of the Dublin Borough does appoint the locally elected Tax Collector
and his/her predecessor or successor as the agent authorized to provide
and issue Real estate tax certifications and duplicate billings upon
request of property owners or their authorized agent, and hereby authorizes
said Tax Collector to assess, collect and retain, as compensation
for providing said services such fees as may be established from time
to time by resolution of Borough Council.
