Every owner of property in the Borough of Dublin shall, on 60
days' notice from the Borough Council, construct or reconstruct
either a sidewalk or curbing or both as specified in the notice, which
shall conform to all applicable requirements of this Part, in front
of or alongside of such property, as said notice may require.

Every owner of property in the Borough of Dublin shall, on 30
days' notice from the Borough Council, repair the sidewalk or
curbing or both in the manner stipulated in such notice in front of
or along such property.

All sidewalks and curbing shall be constructed, reconstructed
and repaired of concrete only, according to specifications determined
from time to time by the Borough Engineer. Provided: that where the
existing curbing is of granite or other igneous rock which is in good
condition and repair and otherwise meets the specifications of the
Borough Engineer, said curbing may be maintained.

Curbing, sidewalks, driveway entrances, and roadway widening
shall be installed and constructed in strict accordance with standards
and specifications prepared by the Borough Engineer.

All sidewalks and curbing shall be constructed, reconstructed and repaired and the grading therefor done upon the line and grade obtained by the property owner from the Borough Engineer, and not otherwise. Upon notice, as provided in §§ 21-101 and 21-102 of this Part, as the case may be, such work of construction, reconstruction or repair shall be done by the owner or owners of such property. Only one set of grades will be provided at Borough expense. Any additional grade information shall be provided at property owner's expense and subject to the collection provisions of § 21-110 of this Part.
