1.
General. Within the R-1 Mixed Use Residential District, a building may be erected, altered or used, and any lot or premises may be used, for the following uses, and no other, when in conformance with the conditions of this chapter and the specific use, area and design regulations of this district.

Uses Permitted by Right. Any of the following uses shall be permitted if the provisions contained in Part 5, "Use Regulations," have been met:

3.
Uses Permitted by Special Exception. Any of the following uses shall be considered permitted, provided the provisions for special exception have been met in accordance with Part 5, "Use Regulations," Part 12, "Zoning Hearing Board," and § 27-1207, "Powers and Duties; Special Exceptions":

Uses Permitted by Conditional Use. Any of the following uses shall be considered permitted, provided the provisions for conditional use have been met in accordance with Part 5, "Use Regulations," and Part 10, "Conditional Uses":

6.
Public Utilities. Use C3, Public Utilities, owned by either Dublin Borough or the Dublin Borough Authority[2] shall not be subject to area or other zoning regulations.

Editor’s Note: The Dublin Borough Authority was dissolved and terminated by Ord. No. 321, 2-11-2019. This ordinance also provided that all assets of all projects of the Authority be transferred to the Borough of Dublin.
