The Borough of Liberty officially adopts the 2009 International
Property Maintenance Code, in its entirety, as the official property
maintenance code of the Borough of Liberty.

Any and all previously adopted or enacted resolutions and/or
ordinances of the Borough of Liberty, or any parts thereof, which
are inconsistent with the provisions of this Part are hereby repealed,
but only to the extent of any such inconsistency. The remainder of
any such previously adopted or enacted resolutions and/or ordinances,
or any parts thereof, which are not inconsistent with the provisions
of this Part shall remain in effect.

The effective date of this Part shall be June 1, 2015.
