Town of Easton, MA Article II Amendments; General Penalty

[Adopted 5-23-1977 ATM by Art. 45 (Art. 28 of the 1922 Bylaws)]

§ 1-1 Repeal and amendment of bylaws.

These bylaws may be repealed or amended at any Annual Town Meeting or any Special Town Meeting called for such purpose.

§ 1-2 General penalty.

Every violation of any of the provisions of the bylaws of the town, unless otherwise provided by law or these bylaws, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $200.[1]
