No person shall place, throw or otherwise dispose of bottles, cans, refuse, rubbish or garbage, of any kind or nature, on any public way, sidewalk, way that is open to the public, municipal parking area or other public place, including School Department areas, Conservation or Water Division areas, in the town.
This article shall be enforced by the Police Department, Conservation Enforcement Agent or Board of Health.
