The right-of-way be granted to P.D. Wanner, E. II. Leffler,
N.C. Freck and their assigns empowering them to enter upon, dig up
and lay water pipes, fittings, etc., in the streets and alleys of
said Borough of Montgomery for the purpose of supplying its citizens
with water for domestic and manufacturing purposes as well as protection
against fire in accordance with an agreement hereinafter to be made
between the said P.D. Wanner, E. II. Leffler, N.C. Freck and their
assigns and the said Borough of Montgomery, County of Lycoming, PA.

Editor's Note: This right-of-way was later vested in
the Montgomery Water Company, the water system of which was transferred
to the Montgomery Water and Sewer Authority, then leased to the Borough.
