It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, set off, explode or discharge any torpedo, torpedo cane, firecracker, blank cartridge or any substance containing chlorate of potash and sulphur, or any device for exploding or discharging such substances, or any other fireworks within the City limits of Granby, Missouri, except on July second (2nd) and third (3rd) from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., and on July fourth (4th) from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. of each year. During the Old Mining Town Days celebration, it is unlawful to set off fireworks in Dick Smith Park.

No person shall sell at retail or wholesale, to any person, any torpedo cane, firecrackers, blank cartridge or any substance containing chlorate of potash and sulphur, or any device for exploding or discharging such substances, or any other fireworks, within the City limits except on June twenty-eighth (28th), twenty-ninth (29th) and thirtieth (30th) from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., and on July first (1st), second (2nd) and third (3rd) from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., and July fourth (4th) from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight of each year.
