A.
There shall be a charge of $0.25 per frontage foot per year for all
improved properties whose frontage lies within 350 feet of a street
light pole.
B.
There shall be a charge of $0.12 per frontage foot per year for all
unimproved properties whose frontage lies within 350 feet of a street
light pole.
The annual assessment for street lighting shall be collected
by the Metal Township Tax Collector in the same manner as real estate
taxes are collected, and if such assessment is uncollected, the same
shall be a lien and shall be collectible in the same manner as other
municipal claims.
