From and after the passage of this article, it shall not be
lawful to inter any human body or bodies within the limits of this
Borough except in that part of the Borough within the limits of the
grounds of the Sewickley Cemetery.

Any person or persons offending against the prohibition contained
in this article by opening any grave for the purpose of interment
or by assisting in such prohibited interment shall, upon conviction
thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days.
