Pursuant to Town Law § 267(7) and (11), the Town Board
of the Town of LeRoy decreases the number of members of the Zoning
Board of Appeals to three members and one alternate member position
for purposes of substituting for a member in the event one of the
three members is unable to participate because of a conflict of interest.
