The provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act
(37 O.S. § 502 et seq.), as now or hereafter amended, that
can be applicable to the City are adopted as a part of this section
as if set out at length in this section.

A. All
words, terms and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings
assigned to them in the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (37
O.S. § 502 et seq.).
B. All words, terms and phrases used in this chapter which are not defined in the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall have the meanings assigned to them in §
1-2 of this Code. In addition:
LOW-POINT BEER
Includes beverages containing more than one-half of one-percent
alcohol by volume, and not more than 3.2% alcohol by weight, including
but not limited to beer or cereal malt beverages obtained by the alcoholic
fermentation of an infusion of barley or other grain, malt or similar
products.
STATE LICENSEE
Any person who holds a license issued under the authority
of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
