A.
Adoption of code. The 2009 edition of the United States Public Health
Service (FDA) Food Code, and subsequent editions as adopted by the
State of Oklahoma, one copy of which shall be on file in the office
of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted by reference as if set out at
length in this Code.
B.
Amendment. Section 8-911.10 (B) (1) in annex 1 of such code is amended
to state: "a fine of not more than $500; or". Section 8-9111.10 (B)
(2) in annex 1 of such code is amended to state ". . . a fine not
exceeding $500."
