A.
The City shall have the right to request that any utility service
furnished pursuant to a franchise agreement or license agreement be
disconnected or refused initial connection for the following reasons:
1.
Failure to meet the applicable provisions of any zoning law,
requirement or regulation;
2.
Violation of any of the provisions of this Title;
3.
Molesting any meter, seal or other equipment controlling or
regulating the supply of such utility service;
4.
Theft or diversion or use of service without payment therefor
as provided in this Title.
