It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to be in or remain
on any of the Borough parks, recreation areas and/or cemeteries between
the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. This Part shall not apply to
the boat launch and access area which is hereby specifically excluded
from the application of this Part.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Part shall,
upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty not to exceed $600,
together with costs of prosecution and in default of the payment shall
be imprisoned in the Northumberland County Prison for a term not to
exceed 30 days.
