For all submissions required by this chapter for which no application is also required pursuant to Chapter 22, Subdivision and Land Development, expenses incurred by the Township for the review of the submissions and site observations of any activity undertaken pursuant to this chapter shall be paid in full by the applicant. Such fees shall be based upon the Township's fee schedule as may be adopted from time to time, including but not limited to application fees and establishment of review escrow accounts.

Activities Requiring review or observation covered by fees include, but are not limited to the following:
1. 
The fees required by this chapter shall at a minimum cover:
A. 
Pre-design consultation with applicant, including initial on-site meetings(s).
B. 
Observation of test process and percolation tests.
C. 
Review of drainage plans(s) and report(s).
D. 
Review of the BMP operations and maintenance plan and agreement.
E. 
Inspection of required controls and improvements during construction.
F. 
Final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements required in the plans.
G. 
Review of as-built plans.
H. 
Any additional work required to monitor and enforce any permit provisions, regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
I. 
Administrative and clerical costs.
