Each Supervisor of West Vincent Township elected to office on or after January 1, 2022, shall receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual sum of $2,500. Supervisors elected to office before January 1, 2022, shall receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual sum of $1,875.
No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this article in excess of the annual statutory limit set by the General Assembly in Act 68 for supervisors of townships within the appropriate population category.
No Supervisor shall be compensated for attending any meetings of the Board of Supervisors in excess of 40 meetings per year; such absences of compensation shall not negate or in any way affect such Supervisor's duty or obligation to attend such uncompensated meetings.

A Township Supervisor may participate in a Township-provided health care plan, if permitted to do so by state law, and subject to all requirements as may be set forth by state law
