A.
In time of low water flow, for any reason, if the City Board of Aldermen
deems it necessary, all City water users will be advised by public
announcement, or by notices in public places, that water will be used
for household use only.

It shall be unlawful for any individual or business to commence excavation
or construction of any type without first contacting Missouri One
Call.

Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be deemed
guilty and punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars
($500.00) or by ninety (90) days' imprisonment or by both such fine
and imprisonment.

The municipal utility has been charged with creating and implementing
an Identity Theft Prevention Program, pursuant to the Fair and Accurate
Credit Transactions Act of 2003 [15 U.S.C. § 1681s(a)(1)],
and by Federal Trade Commission rule (16 CFR 681). The City Board
has reviewed and approved the Identity Theft Prevention Program for
the City's municipal utility (attached Exhibit 1[1]) with this Section, and as required by 16 CFR 681.1(e)(1).
