The appropriate Darlington Township officials are hereby authorized to execute said intergovernmental cooperation agreement and take any and all actions necessary to effectuate the same.
The terms and conditions are more fully defined in the intergovernmental cooperation agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein.[1]
