Village of Fonda, NY Article IV Livestock

[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

§ 12-20 Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

LIVESTOCK

Horses, mares, mules, jacks, jennies, colts, cows, calves, yearlings, bulls, oxen, sheep, goats, lambs, kids, hogs, shoats and pigs raised for home use or for profit.

§ 12-21 Prohibitions.

All livestock is prohibited within the Village of Fonda except as provided by Article I, § 12-1C.

§ 12-22 Penalties for offenses.

Any person or persons violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
