A. In each
of the localities and circumstances herein specified, parking of vehicles
is wholly prohibited:
(1) Wherever
curblines are marked in red.
B. Double
parking. Double parking is prohibited at all times on all streets
of the Village.
C. No person
shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts
of streets described below:

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts
of streets between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., between
November 1 and April 1, unless otherwise indicated.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit
shown at any time between the hours listed, unless othenwise indicated,
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below and except
for residents by permit as indicated.

A. No person
shall stop, stand or park any vehicle upon a street or alley in such
manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 10
feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic,
except that a driver may stop temporarily during the actual loading
or unloading of passengers or when necessary in obedience to traffic
regulations or traffic signs or signals or a police officer or department
of public works employee or designee or New York State Department
of Transportation employee or designee.
B. No person
shall stop, stand or park alongside or in such a manner as to obstruct
a curb area which has been cut down, lowered or constructed in order
lo provide handicapped access from the street.
C. Any
person charged with a parking violation in a parking garage or other
project of the Parking Authority of the Village of Fonda shall be
subjject to the penalties established in this chapter.
D. Within
15 feet (five meters) of a fire hydrant
E. Penalties
for violations.
(1) Parking in a no-parking zone and prohibitive hours.
(c) Third or subsequent offense: $200.
(2) Parking in a time-restricted zone and obstruction of traffic.
(c) Third or subsequent offense: $150.
