A.
A person
desiring to utilize any outdoor public facility owned and maintained
by the Borough shall be required to comply with the Outdoor Facilities
Use Policy and pay the fee established by resolution of the Borough
Council.
B.
A person
desiring to utilize any indoor public facility owned and maintained
by the Borough shall be required to comply with the Rental Building
Use Policy and pay a refundable deposit of $300 and a nonrefundable
fee as follows: the fee established by resolution of the Borough Council.
