Private stables may be established accessory to a single-family
dwelling in the Farm and Residential Districts, provided that the
lot has a minimum of two acres of land and the stable and storage
area of animal wastes are no closer than 100 feet to any property
line.
The number, location and design of each driveway shall be subject
to the standards and permit procedures of the New York State Department
of Transportation, the Onondaga County Department of Transportation
or the Town Highway Superintendent, depending upon respective highway
jurisdiction and upon applicable special permit authority by the Town
of Pompey.

A. Public
easements. No building or structure or other nonmovable impediment
shall be constructed, used or maintained on any area of any lot designated
as a drainage, sewer, water, public utility or other public easement
pursuant to any recorded instrument or pursuant to any subdivision
map tiled in the Onondaga County Clerk's office or pursuant to established
usage.
B. Road
rights-of-way. No building or structure or other nonmovable impediment
shall be constructed, used or maintained which encroaches on any Town
road right-of-way or planned road right-of-way, unless approved, in
writing, by the Town Highway Superintendent.
