Pedestrian crosswalks shall be authorized and placed at the locations on Village streets specified in § 190-47.1, Schedule XIA, which is a part of this chapter, which crosswalks shall be installed pursuant to applicable regulations of the State of New York and enforced pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and applicable laws of the State of New York.
