The Borough may, in its sole discretion, waive any of the requirements contained in this Part 3 or any implementing rules/regulations that operate for the benefit of the Borough, provided that no such waiver will be valid unless in writing and signed by the Borough, and provided that no waiver will be allowed where the waiver would constitute a violation of any applicable statute, law or state/federal regulation.
