Editor's Note: This article was originally adopted as Ch.
201 but was renumbered to maintain the alphabetical organization of
the Code.
Consistent with MGL c. 94G, § 3(a)(2), all types of
marijuana establishments as defined in MGL c. 94G, § 1(j),
to include all marijuana cultivators, marijuana testing facilities,
marijuana product manufacturers, marijuana retailers or any other
types of licensed marijuana-related businesses, shall be prohibited
within the Town of Middleton.
