Exemptions. The following vehicles shall be exempt from the provisions
of this section:
(1)
Construction vehicle(s), provided said construction vehicle(s) are proceeding to and/or from a construction site situated on one or more of the streets designated in Subsection A of this section.
(2)
Fire truck(s), fire engine(s), emergency vehicle(s) or other vehicle(s)
of like character.
(3)
School buses situated on school-owned lands, public or private, or
on streets contiguous to any school, public or private, within the
Township of Buena Vista, during school hours.
(4)
Any vehicle(s) that exceed the weight limit set forth in Subsection of this section, provided said vehicle(s) are proceeding to or from a site situated on one or more of the streets designated in Subsection A of this section for the purpose of making a bona fide delivery of goods and/or merchandise.
(5)
Public utility vehicle(s).

on these streets will be permitted in the sides indicated below.
