A. 
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 320, and with particular reference to Section 320.050, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of the speeds listed below on the streets as designated.

Speed reduction sites may be created from time to time within construction zones and/or work zones as needed and established by the City Traffic Engineer and shall be posted with appropriate and safe speed as determined by need and enforcement of such speed shall be immediate upon such posting.
