In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 320, and with particular reference to Section 320.050, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of the speeds listed below on the streets as designated.

20th Street from the east City limit to the west City limit (except while entering, while in and while exiting roundabout)	35
32nd Street east of the City limit to west of the City limit	45
Addis Peace Lane from 20th Street south to 23rd Street	20
Clark Court from 23rd Street north to cul-de-sac	20
Crampton Drive south of 13th Street to dead end	15
Duquesne Road at 20th Street, roundabout perimeter, including 200 feet of each road extending into and out of the roundabout	20
Duquesne Road north of the City limit to south of the City limit (except while entering, while in and while exiting roundabout)	35
Jonathan Hunter south of 20th Street to 23rd Street	20
Mardale Circle from Addis Peace Lane to 23rd Street	20
Mia Faith Place from 20th Street to 23rd Street	20
School zones, on days when school is in session	20
Van Winkle north of 13th Street to dead end	15
On all other streets within the City, except school zones	25

Speed reduction sites may be created from time to time within construction zones and/or work zones as needed and established by the City Traffic Engineer and shall be posted with appropriate and safe speed as determined by need and enforcement of such speed shall be immediate upon such posting.
