All legitimate theatrical performances, concerts and recitals, dances,
motion-picture exhibitions, horse racing, automobile racing or other
public exhibitions, exhibits, shows or entertainment shall be held
during the following times:

Exceptions to the times listed above may be granted by permission
of the Board of Trustees.
Violations of this article shall be subject to a fine of not
less than $75 nor more than $500, or not more than 15 days in jail,
for the first offense. See also § 240.20 of the Penal Law.
