A.
The Police and Fire Commission shall consist of five citizens appointed
pursuant to § 61.65, Wis. Stats. The Village President shall
annually, between the last Monday of April and the first Monday of
May, appoint in writing, as necessary, members for a term of five
years, subject to confirmation by the Village Board.
B.
Powers and duties. The Police and Fire Commissioners shall perform
such duties as are imposed by § 62.13, Wis. Stats., except
subsection (6) therein.
