Grafton by Charter Ordinance 1-6-1958 (Title 3, Ch. 3.20, of the 1979
Code); amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch.
1.01, Code Adoption). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
By virtue of § 61.54, Wis. Stats., the Village Board
does provide that the provisions of § 62.15, Wis. Stats.,
shall be applicable to Village contracts. The authority vested in
the Board of Public Works under § 62.15, Wis. Stats., shall
be exercised by the Village Board.
