A.
The CDA shall annually elect a Chair and Vice Chair from among the
Commissioners. Vacancies occurring in the office of Chair or Vice
Chair shall be filled from among the Commissioners for the unexpired
portion of the term.
B.
The CDA may contract with the Village or any other agency or entity,
public or private, for the provision of any necessary services associated
with or required by the CDA in the performance of its duties and functions.
Any services provided to the CDA by the Village pursuant to such contract
shall be coordinated through the Village Administrator.
