All forms of gambling, lotteries and fraudulent devices and
practices are prohibited within the limits of the Village. Any peace
or police officer of the Village is empowered to seize anything devised
solely for gambling or found in actual use for gambling within the
limits of the Village and to dispose thereof or commence an action
against such device in accordance with the provisions of § 66.0107,
Wis. Stats., which is adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference.
