All plumbing, electrical, building and other work on or at any
camp licensed under this title shall be in accordance with the ordinances
of the Village and the requirements of the State Plumbing, Electrical
and Building Codes. Licenses and permits granted under this title
grant no right to erect or repair any structure, to do any plumbing
work or to do any electrical work.
